I was complaining one day that people almost never strike-up conversation with me when I'm at work or out in public and a co-worker told me it was because I have "resting murder face." It takes a lot of energy to walk around smiling constantly, not to mention it actually kinda hurts after a while.
Some people also smoke a lot of weed. What might come across as an angry face might simply be someone who is stoned, but just doesn't have a big dopey grin on his face.
Or maybe he accidently dropped his ice cream sundae on the ground that morning. Did you ever think of that?
